THE WORLD SERIES OF FITNESS – 6 months of training and what feels like an eternity of boring the office to death with all things HYROX ! – What is HYROX you may be wondering it is the World Series of Fitness Racing! Around the world athletes compete in the same race, on the same course; starting with a 1 km run, followed by a functional workout repeated 8 times.
Bearing in mind Mark’s last competition was 45 years ago and was for a fishing competition… Good luck – You can do it !!
