It is that time again for Mark Bunce, one of the Directors of Chorley Bunce TV & Film Location catering, to challenge himself at the Hyrox – Birmingham on Saturday 21st October and see if he is able to beat his last years’ time of 1 hour 45mins –
Hyrox first launched in Germany in 2018 and quickly established itself as the fastest-growing fitness sport in the world, seeing races in more than 11 different countries and over 30 different cities. Every Hyrox race has start waves of all ages happening every 10 minutes throughout the entire day, working through the 8 Fitness Challenges, which combines both running and functional workouts, where Mark will run 1km, followed by one functional workout station repeated eight times.
